Now in its sixth year, Gear Up for Kids builds on the 16-year history of Gear Up Madison. With four courses to choose from, there's something for everyone - from avid cyclists looking for a good workout to families looking for an activity that's both healthy and fun.

 

Proceeds raised through Gear Up for Kids will help purchase bike helmets and car seats for disadvantaged children and families, benefit patients and families of American Family Children's Hospital, and support the UW Health Pediatric Fitness Initiative, a program created to reduce obesity among children by teaching them healthy lifestyle skills.
